I’m a Full Spectrum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) based in Newport Beach, California.
Here’s the deal - I trust in the process of birth and that parents know what’s best for themselves and their families. Regardless of how birth unfolds, I believe that anyone can have an empowered experience though informed decision making, preparation, support, and cultivating a safe birthing environment.

As a full spectrum doula, I support families through the full range of reproductive health. I believe in the transformative power of birth, and it’s my mission to support families from all backgrounds, with an array of preferences and choices, through their unique birthing experience. Through our work together, I will support and empower you in making autonomous, evidence-based decisions that feel right for you and your family!
From the time we begin working together, you’ll have email/text/phone access to me as needed. I can answer questions as they arise and help you navigate pregnancy and prenatal care.
